Landlords who will manage the tenancy themselves once it starts.

Full Management

Full peace of mind for landlords who do not want to be contacted over simple problems. We are also here for the more important issues that need sorting out.

What is included

  • We hold the keys
  • We arrange remedial and contractual works
  • We tell the utility companies when a new tenancy starts
  • We carry out regular inspections
  • We are the first point of contact for your tenants

Best for

Landlords who want the property looked after without the day-to-day calls.

Fee

Variable. It depends on the number of properties in your portfolio, the price and the location.

On Demand Management

Your tenants are looked after, but you only use us as an agent when it is needed. We charge a set fee for our time on top of the contractor's invoice.

What is included

  • Help whenever you need it, with no fixed monthly fee
  • Excellent prices from our contractors and suppliers, from joinery to furnishings

Best for

One or two properties that you look after yourself. Not the best option for a larger portfolio.

A set fee for our time, added to the contractor's bill.
