For those landlords and owners that do not wish to pay a set fee every month, we offer a service called On Demand Management (On Demand Management). This service ensures that tenants are looked after but the landlord only uses us as an agent when it is needed. We then add a On Demand charge on the top of the bill/invoice from the contractor we charge a set fee to the landlord for our time. If you have a larger portfolio this is perhaps not the best option, but this option is perfect if you have one or two properties that you look after yourself but that you may need help from time to time.
